To reserve your appointment a $25 deposit is required, this is a non refundable, non transferrable deposit that goes towards your service payment. Your client intake and consent forms will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment. Please be sure to complete them ahead of time so your visit runs smoothly. If you don’t see an appointment time that works for you, feel free to add yourself to the waitlist — we’ll reach out if a spot opens up. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling
